This service is provided as Instant Support, and is available between the hours of 9-5 Monday to Friday. It can be available outside of these hours via request, but you will have to phone us on 0845 474 0213 first to request it.

The service works by you downloading a small piece of software from our site, which allows us to connect when, and only when, you send us an invitation to connect. This service is offered on a no fix, no fee basis. You are not charged until we have resolved your problems.

A text chat service is available whilst we are resolving your issues, so we can let you know what is happening every step of the way. We can even call you and speak over the phone whilst resolving your issue if you prefer.

Most first time users of this service find it quite entertaining to watch their mouse pointer whirl around the screen, being controlled by somebody many miles away!

Is it safe?

Absolutely! This is an "invite only" system, meaning that if you decide to keep the support software on your laptop/computer for future use, our technicians can only remotely connect to your computer when you invite them. It is not possible for us to connect without you actively starting the connection.

You will be able to see what we are doing to your computer every step of the way. You can even still use the mouse and keyboard, you're not locked out of your computer.
