The Repair Process

Many people ask us about the laptop repair process. Here's the entire procedure, from beginning to end.

Click here for a free laptop repair quote. If you're happy with the quote, then we'll get it booked in for free collection, which is good anywhere in the mainland UK (you may also drop it off to us if you are local.) You pay us nothing up front.
Once we receive your laptop, we'll assess it within 24 hours and confirm the price with you. We will NEVER perform any repairs without getting the go-ahead from you first. You can also track the status of your repair by clicking here.
We will let you know when your laptop has been repaired (usually within a matter of hours or days) and arrange a convenient time for delivery back to you. This is when we will take payment for your laptop. In other words, no payments are taken until all repairs have been completed.
