Brett has a passion for delivering outstanding services. He prides himself in providing a unique customer experience and on going relationships with customers year after year. Brett is a keen guitarist and manages the reserves at Cambridge City FC.
Customer Services Manager
Mandy has worked in managerial positions for M&S and Mobil before heading up customer services at CLR. Mandy is driven to push for the highest standards every time, and will always help customers no matter how big or small the problem.
Kevin manages the workshop from 8am every day. Before the day unfolds Kevin will ensure each engineering team knows exactly which repairs they will work on and he will monitor the quality control before during and after the repair process. Kevin will sign off each repair once the technical team has completed their tasks and will ensure a faultless handover to the customer services and logistics team. Kevin also manages a team of people including all retail sales. Kevin loves his cycling, particularly in France!
Joe joined CLR as as an apprentice straight from college and is from Cambridge. Joe has always been keen to work with computers and gadgets. Joe has a real flare for repairing iPhones and iPads too, so his expertise within the technical team is invaluable. Joe plays football and trains at the local gym too.
Matt has recently become a dad! His role is to ensure the IT services we provide are the best they can be. He is also responsible for best practice in all areas of our technical offering and is also responsible for a team of technical personnel.
Technical Support Manager
Neil is an outstanding technical engineer. His knowledge and skills within the team are unique. Neil has a passion for photography and has two sports mad sons.
