Cambridge Laptop Repair also fixes computers pc’s and iMacs in the Cambridge area, and nationwide too! This is normally a mobile service, meaning there is no need for you to move your computer (unless, of course, you would rather bring it in to us!)
If we pick up via our fully insured courier we use highly protective pink boxes too! For Cambs areas we offer Free Collection and Delivery on all PC Computer and iMac repairs.
We know that getting your computer repaired quickly and with the least amount of fuss and stress are important to you, so we strive to produce results in a very short timeframe. Same day callouts are the norm rather than the exception!

A few notes on our onsite Computer/iMac/laptop repair service:
- Rates are generally £45 for the first hour including the callout, and £25 thereafter. This does not include parts.
- While we do come to you, it may be necessary to bring your computer back to our shop for more extensive repairs (there is no extra cost for this.) We can even arrange a loan machine for a nominal fee.
- We offer both hardware and software services, meaning we can install a new motherboard, upgrade your RAM, replace your video card; as well as remove viruses, retrieve data, or install new software and drivers.

The Repair Process
Getting your desktop PC repaired is simple. This is the four step process:
- Contact Cambridge Laptop Repair for a free quote.
- If you are happy with the quote, we will collect your PC via insured courier (DPD).
- Once we receive it, we will get right to work diagnosing and repairing your desktop PC. Within a matter of hours (not days), we’ll get back to you with a full diagnosis and cost to repair your PC
- We will return your PC via insured courier (DPD).
Quality Counts
Our desktop PC parts are all fully tested and RoHS compliant. We do not use B-grade or second hand parts like many other companies do. If you get us to replace parts in your PC, you can be assured that only the highest quality parts will be used. If you would rather, we can use a 2nd hand parts which you can provide, or we can source at your request. We will only fit ‘A’ grade second hand parts.

Unique 12 Month Warranty
We want to give you complete peace of mind after having your PC repaired by us which is why we offer you a unique 12 month warranty on all our repairs (most repair companies offer just 3 months). This means that if your PC fails with the same fault within 12 months, we will repair it for you free of charge. If for any reason it isn’t possible to repair your PC under warranty, we will be happy to give you a full no quibble refund for the original repair.
