Stunning service. My 2009 MacBook had a cracked screen & Apple quoted over £300 for a replacement. Googled the options and found Cambridge Laptop repair, so I sent an enquiry email. I received a reply within the hour (and bear in mind this was on a Sunday), quoting a price of £135 including courier pickup and delivery. Got it booked in on Monday, collected on the same day, and back to me within 3 days. Every step of the repair was emailed to me, so I always knew what the status was, and I received a call when it was finished, telling me that it’d be shipped back that day. I was offered a RAM upgrade at the same time, and was fully expecting an inflated price. When I was offered a +4GB upgrade for £38, I had that done, too, and received the laptop back, working perfectly, and in pristine condition – they’d even polished it! Absolutely faultless service – thanks!

I was really impressed with the quality of service. It was friendly, quick, not condescending nor patronizing but direct and to the point. The only downside is that I no longer have an excuse to go and buy a new laptop!
