All of our repair prices include free priority courier collection, delivery and VAT* - there are no hidden charges. Parts are also included (unless otherwise stated).
We believe in complete transparency in our pricing. We will not add any hidden charges during or after the repair.
Occasionally we will have to re-price a repair, i.e. if the fault isn't exactly what we expected. We rarely do this, and if we do, you are still under no obligation to have the work carried out.
*Free collection and delivery only applies when repair work is completed. If no repair work is completed or you refuse an estimate drawn up by ourselves, a £35 return carriage fee is applicable should you wish your laptop returned to you. Alternatively, we can recycle your laptop free of charge.
We want to give you full piece of mind after having your laptop repaired by us. That's why we will give you a full 12 month warranty against parts and labour for any repair undertaken by us! This means that if your laptop fails with the same fault within 12 months we'll repair it for you free of charge!
If for any reason it isn't possible to repair your laptop under the warranty, we will give you a full no quibble refund for the original repair cost. Yes, that's right. Even if your laptop fails 364 days after it's original repair and we can't fix it...you'll get 100% of your money back!
